- If you did not yet create your 3D secure password and you performed an online transaction, your card is blocked for the 3D Secure service.
- You should contact our AirPlus Customer Service via +32 (2) 400 37 90 (weekdays: 09:00 - 18:00) or by email via services.be@airplus.com.
- Your 3D secure profile will be reset and you can obtain a new password.
