Changes in our General Terms of Use as of the 1st of June 2018

We would like to inform you of some changes to the BCC Corporate General Terms of Use (hereafter “GTU”) and the fees applicable to your card solution. These changes are being made in line with new European data protection and payment services regulations.

Changes in the General Terms of Use

Late 2015, the European Union adopted the second Payment Services Directive (PSD2), which came into force on 13th of January 2018. This regulation ensures that cashless payments throughout Europe become easier, more secure and more transparent.

As your partner for business travel management, security and transparency are BCC Corporate's top priorities. Since the changes also apply to our products, we have updated our GTU to comply with the new regulations. Please note that the transposition of PSD2 in the Belgian law has not yet been published, but we have already taken the European regulations into account.

You will find the changes at the following address . Please also feel free to download the documents from .

Data protection regulations

We have also conducted reviews based on the EU's General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), which will come into effect on 25th of May 2018. We have updated our GTU in light of GDPR and to continue to ensure that the privacy of our clients is respected at all times.

Updated fees for specific requests as of the 1st of June 2018
